Where can I buy the dvd A Crime?

There's this movie called A Crime or Un Crime depending on where you look. It has Harvey Keitel in it and I can not find it anywhere in the U.S. and I NEED it badly! Everytime I find it, it's a Region 2 dvd and I need a Region 1. Please help!

If they actually have in on Region 1, then you can probably find it on ebay.
