Where can I buy the flower Calendula?

most plant stores. there are probably seeds. it's sort of a marigold, so maybe look in that section.

Many stores that sell flower seeds sell Calendula seeds.

These are easy to grow from seeds & are also called 'Pot Marigold'. Cover lightly with 1/4" of garden soil. They germinate easily and will grow quickly in  rich, well drained soil.. but they are tolerant of average to slightly poor soils.  Add mulch around the plants to keep weeds down.

Calendula is the official name for what is called "Pot Marigold".   It was called this because Sailors ate the blossoms in their stews on board ship.    Edible, the blossoms smell like oranges.     They can be dried for future use.  Where to get it?   Try any catalogue of garden and flower seeds, and they will have it, particularly by the name Calendula Officianalis.

Most nurseries will sell Calendula seeds, which now come in a range of colours, doubles and single flowers, rather than the original orange.  Depending on where you live, they are hardy annuals, can be sown in the autumn/fall for earlier sowings the following year, or otherwise in spring and summer time.  

They are easy to grow from seed,  and a pretty tough strong plant.  Thomson and Morgan seeds sell them in a few varieties, such as this : http://www.tmseeds.com/product/1520.html and http://www.tmseeds.com/product/1305.html

If you have a long growing season, some sown now will flower later in the summer.

Calendulas are one of the most common flowers to be found & can be bought in seed packs at garden stores. That is the easiest way to grow them. Once you do, you are never without them again, as they re-seed every year
