Where can I buy the sunshade frabic?

I am trying to cover my plants growing outdoor with a 3m x 3m sunshade frabic (not awning); however, I didn't find any of that frabic in ebay, does anyone know where can I buy this thing online?

I think I seen something like what ur looking for at Home Depot in the Gardening section.
