Where can I buy those plant food packets you get when you buy fresh roses from a florist?

I would like to know where I can buy those little plant food packets (kind of like sugar - its white powder) that you mix into the water of a vase when you buy your wife roses, or fresh flowers, etc. I checked lowes and home depot, and nope. i want like 25 or 50 of those little packets.
