If you belong to a credit union, your privileges extend to every credit union on the planet. You would be much less likely to have to pay a fee to get the traveler's cheques.

Go to your bank or a place like cash money that sell and exchange money:)

at the bank...any bank should hav them. U should check out the rates tho, some banks might have them for less than others.
