Where can I buy underwear for 12-18 month old?

I am potty training my 12 month old and I am NOT looking for potty training underwear but regular underwear for kids. I am no longer using any diapers, not even cloth diapers, so I do not need diaper cover or training panties. Just regular underwear. Thank you :)

My daughter was 12 months old when she started wearing panties. I got the smallest size they make in the childrens section and they worked fine. I think they were size 24 months but worked great. I usually went to WalMart and KMart.

Walmart or Target would be the best place.

My two year old daughter and I are STILL potty training!

Both Walmart and Target should have what you need.

I think the smallest they have are 2t.  Thats all I could find for my 20 month old

Wal-Mart in the baby section, that's where I got my sons..they have 2T I think as the smallest. They fit my lil guy at 18 months!!

Most grocery stores carry diapers.

Target has them at 18 months, but they are normally out so you have to check every few days.
