I hate Marmite and it looks like all the grocery stores I knew who carried vegemite decided to now only carry Marmite.

  1. I would check specialty grocery stores.  Kraft apparently stopped importing it into Canada because they were not making a profit off of its sale.  Prior to that you could find it in most grocery stores in BC.  Vancouver has a variety of specialty stores and it would not surprise me to find one, or more, of them selling it

  2. try Famous foods on Kingsway

  3. You should look around at some of the dodgy stores in Chinatown.  They sell EVERYTHING and my old roommate used to buy vegemite there all the time.

  4. There is a little Australian shop on West 4th and Burrard Street on the Southwest corner of the street...about 3 or 4 shops west. It is next to a store that sells Hemp products. I can't recall the name but I know they sell vegemite, not marmite. Across the street is a Domino's Pizza and a sofa shop. You can't miss it!

  5. www.simplyoz.com usually stock vegemite (think they are out at the moment though but have a look). They are located at Mt Ranier, so near the border of BC - they should be able to mail it over.

Edit - Just checked and they have the 400g left.

I have also used http://www.aussieproducts.com in the past. They are located in San Fran. So call them. You can find others on-line but some are Texas and Eastern US - those are your closest.
