Where can I buy whole bolts of Joel Dewberry fabric?

I'd also be interested in bolts of fabric by Alexander Henry, Amy Butler, and any other great designers. The only place I know of other than eBay is www.someartfabric.com. They have a good selection of by the yard fabric but the bolt selection is limited.

You can try the retailers and wholesalers for each of those designers. They may sell to you by the bolt..
