Where can I buy wholesale browbands? (PVC or leather)?

I want to make some velvet woven ones for myself and friends but I may as well buy pre-woven ones for the price of buying them individually. Does anyone know where I could buy a lot at once cheaply, PVC or otherwise, or anywhere that might sell old browbands?
