Look for a Naturalizer shoe store.  They usually sell wide shoes.  If they don't have what you need, I expect they will be able to refer you to a store that can help you.  Best of luck with it.

Naturalizer does carry wide widths but Payless shoe stores also carry some shoes in wide widths.  There is a store called Walking on a Cloud -- They carry a selection.
