Where can I by a cheap revolver or pistol?

Question

I have recently turned 21 and received my handgun permit. Being a poor unemployed college student I haven't been able to find a gun within my price range. Is there any place I can legally get a pistol or revolver for 100-200 bucks or less.

I don't want a lot of fancy features I plan to use it for self defense and target shooting.

i would never go as cheap as 200 unless it was used

if you want a pistol that isn't going to just fall apart look in the 350-500 range

250 bucks can get a good Ruger sp101 in ,357.
