Where can I do a complete full clean up of my computer for free!?

where it completely cleans up all things that are not used, all old programs that were installed, all kinds of things like that.

I HAVE ALREADY USED:

-ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS

-DISC CLEANUP

-DISC DEFRAGMENTER

-CLEAR PRIVATE DATA

(please don't suggest them, you will be given a bad rating)

find the install discs for all your programs

back-up all your data

format your hard-drive

shred your hard drive (optional)

re-install your software

otherwise ur lookin at reg cleaners, program removers, and going through cleaning out the rest.
