Where can I donate to Bihar flood victims?

After seeing the horrific pictures in news, I wanted to make a heartfelt donation, but the link on indian red cross for bihar is not working. Being in US, the only option I have is to research online, but not getting any links anywhere to donate online?

Put your Phone number, name and address on the back of the cheque.
