You have to register to download (it's free though and you don't have to give away a ton of personal info or anything), but the videos are good quality and you can save them to your computer.

Otherwise, you can find a lot on Youtube.  The quality isn't as good though.  Here's a profile that has a lot of the same ones as VisionsFantastic (though the quality isn't as good on Youtube):  http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=ru42

There are a lot of sites where you can find ride videos:

1) Try YouTube. There are a lot of videos on there.

2) Search Google for "Bringing Disneyland Home VidCast." Brad, whom hosts the podcast, has a lot of Disneyland videos there, and alot of them are in iPod Video format also.
