Where can I download Stepmania for Windows Vista?

Also can you use songs on your computer for step mania?Or do you have to download songs somewhere for it?

As long as the songs are in MP3 format, you can use them for StepMania.  However, you'll need to make a stepchart for each of them; they don't spring out of thin air.

Course there are many, many song download sites.  Try Benamistyle, FlashFlashRevolution, Otaku's Dream, Zenius-i-Vanisher, and Stepmania Download Source.

For Windows Vista you can just use 3.9 with compatibility set to XP Service Pack 2, though 4.0, though still in production, is quite stable right now.  Only bad thing is the song editor.
