Where can I download The Last Lecture?

I can find tons of places to watch it and I found a transcript of it that I could save but I have a friend that doesn't have internet and I'd like to take a copy of this to him. I do not have Kindle.

I think you can download the last lecture from the first lecture.

And if that doesn't work, go to some park, stand on a stoll and just LECTURING, about anything, doesn't matter, piegon droppings, the Iraq war, Bush's 20 year old labatomy.  And hey, boom, there you go. Make sure you record your lecture thought.  And just remember,  be careful about what you wish for!
