Where can I download Utada Hikaru instrumental songs?

There are two ways that I see you can do this. One way would be by going to a website like cdjapan.com and ordering the physical copies of these singles. The physical copies of these singles on contain the instrumental version you're looking for. From there you can just upload the songs onto your computer and make them MP3s.

The 2nd option would be to create an account on the Japanese iTunes. You'll need to make up a fake Japanese address, phone number and you'll probably need to order Japanese gift cards via the website J-Box. After you do this you should be able to find the songs you want there.

Overall, I think the first option might be easier.
