Where can I download Visual Basic 6.0 full?

only VB6 (it's not in Visual Studio,it's not in Rapidshare, it's not a portable version)

You can't, unless you're looking for a pirated version.  (However, I'm not sure what you mean by "it's not in Visual Studio".  My Visual Studio 6 has VB6 in it.)

You can, however, get a free copy of Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition direct from Microsoft.

My understanding is that the Express versions don't have all the features of the "full" versions, but are good for most home/hobby work.

Every version of Visual studio from 2003 on supports VB.  If you are a student, Microsoft does have discounted software available and often times they will let you download it for free from your school.  Contact your school IT department for details.
