  1. Just look on Google. They are like hundreds of them on the Web although http://www.romnation.net  is probably the most popular of them all.

    As for the choice of emulator, I recommend either Rock NES, FCE Ultra or Nestopia. You may want to adopt two or three different emulators since there are ROMs (games) that don't work on all emulators.
