Randy Pausch gave a moving, inspiring 3 minute commencement speech at Carnegie Mellon on May 18, 2008. Does anyone know where I can download a hard copy of it?

the speech is on utube.  there is a way to download and save videos off the site.  google for it, its not too difficult.
