Where can I download a free MPEG VX converter online that's not a trial and thats FREE?

I bought a Sony cyber-shot DSC-W35 camera and took so many videos on it and i put all the videos together on windows movie maker and the format is saved as "WMV" and when i put it in my camera it doesn't work but it says on top of my camera that it only plays MPEGMOVIE VX so i was wondering where i can download the software? I want to be able to watch the video on my TV because it came with a TV plug. I converted it to normal MPEG but it doesn't work. PLEASE HELP!!!
