Where can I download a little girl's face?

Okay, I am in the process of making a card for my hair bows. I am looking for a place where I can download a little girl's face for FREE and use it for the hair bows. It must be a very cute face. I have tried Microsoft Windows & none of the faces are what I really want.

Does anyone have any good ideas?
