Where can I download a running emulator that can play the Pokemon Pearl?

I've just downloaded Pokemon Pearl and Nintendo DS.. But the Nintendo I downloaded won't run.. Can someone please tell me where can I download a running Nintendo DS that can play Pokemon Pearl.

  1. Since Nintendo Ds emulators are fairly new,  you most likely wont find a fully functioning one.  I tried DS emulation...  There isn't and good emulators out there yet.  However if you have to pick one,  I suggest the one with the dollar sign in it.  Thats the DS emulator that came close to working with me.
