Where can I download a specimen contract

for me to supply services to a company (training in customer awareness course). I need to forward a letter and Terms and Conditons to the firm, with dates of availability and fees payable to me by them.

The microsoft website www.microsoft.com has loads of templates for everything to download free. I've downloaded specimen complaints letters, cards for all occasions etc, etc.

I'm sure you will find something there.
