Where can I download clips from the movie "Disturbia"? ?

Where do the people on youtube get those high quality video clips from movies? They make music videos with them. Do i have to download the whole movie?

I found the whole movie at http://www.graboib.com.  I don't anyplace to get just clips. Sorry.

If you go there from here of course you'll need the latest version of Yahoo tools but I'm sure you already have that anyway.
