Limewire or Frostwire - You can get free full versions of most things on there, ironically even Limewire PRO! Just download Limewire free and, once downloaded and installed, select programs when searching and type in whatevr you want!

P.S. The other answers given are just trials I think...

Why don't you try searching WinRAR 3.71 full in www.esnips.com. You will find a lot of it and i'm not sure which want is working but one of it is working find. I already try it
