  1. The best place to find high quality free TTS voices that I've found so far is YAKiToMe! http://www.yakitome.com. It's a free text to speech website that has the AT&T Natural Voices for free, which normally cost big bucks. Also has lots of nice features including automatic podcasting and mp3 or wav output.
