Where can I download/install original Sony Vaio software?

I have a vaio laptop (VGN-CR35S) and recently some of the original programs could not be accessed, such as Vaio Content Exporter and Click to Disc (both under Vaio Video & Photo Suite). An error message appeared saying: "The license file is not proper or doest not exist. Install the program again."

I don't know what happened because the programs were working fine the day before and I didn't install anything new either. I tried using Vaio Recovery Center to reinstall the programs but could not find the Content Exporter on the list and encountered an error while reinstalling Click to Disc. Please help!

Are these pre-installed programs included on a CD that came with your laptop?

Un-install the corrupted programs and then re-install them either from a CD they gave you or you can go to www.sonystyle.com and from there go to Support and find support for your laptop where you can find the latest drivers and applications for your laptop model.
