Where can I download radio one's the essential mix from?

I would really like to get the program "essential mix" in mp3. from radio 1 does anybody know if they have a podcast or something=

Some stuff isn't available outside the UK, so you'd have to try to work out how to use a proxy I think - but there's more stuff on the normal bbc.co.uk/radio webiste available as 'listen again' and 'listen live'.

Here are the podcasts though, essential mix isn't there, but there is some music - dance, chart show (in U.K. only)

You're in England? then you'd do better to just record it from the radio!
