Where can I download something to make songs on my computer like beats and....

to make beats and stuff and I can add my voice in and do auto tune and stuff...for windows vistaa...that won't damage my computer??

I'm going to use http://torrents.to and download Cubase on my new computer which will let you do all that, but chances are you're looking for something simpler/more legal...

P.S. I hear good things about fruity loops too...
