  1. If you install the Desktop Manager application it will install the necessary driver.

    You can also try connecting your BlackBerry to your computer via USB, then go to the Microsoft Windows Update site and search for updates. It may be able to find the driver for the BlackBerry.


  2. Install the Desktop manager.

    If you don't have the CD go to

    http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/dow...

    Click either "access your service provider download site" or

    "Download Blackberry device and desktop Software"
