if u mean fizzy mineral water fountain...there are several places i guess (i myself know a couple), generally near the mineral water springs.So where the water comes from the earth and gets bottled, it's likely that the producer will place a fountain or something like that to act like a tourist attraction. I've seen a couple in Romania.

The local convenience store or fast food place, to name a few.

A soda fountain is nothing more than the big machine at the corner gas station that you fill up your big gulp full of pepsi with.

Unfortunately, it is not an actual water fountain like thing that shoots out root beer. That would be cool, though.
