Where can I dye my hair blue?

you can do it your self at home if you like! all you need is to make sure you have really light  hair you will need to bleach it. The lighter the better as you don't want it going green!! I use Manic Panic Lightning it really bleaches well and depending on how dark your hair is you may have to do it twice!! Then you choose which colour of blue also made by Manic Panic you can get it at many drug stores or goth stores it is semi permanent I find it works best dyeing it twice in a row to get the full colour. good luck!!

Try any hair salon along Queen St. West.  It is a trendy, hip area and likely they will be able to do a great job.

well you can always just get some regular hair dye at party city or a store like that.

Just get on an airplane and go dip your head in the chemical toilet and die it blue. You can then make the claim that no one has the same color hair you do. LOLOLOLOLOLOL

I don't know what salons are in Toronto, but if you have the same ones as Houston I'm pretty sure both Visible Changes and Regis have blue hair dye. If you don't have those salons, they're both in malls here so try a mall salon, but not a department store salon, they probably won't have it.
