  1. As previously said, this does sound like a recipe for disaster.

    If you want crawfish, why don't you make them?

    There is a crawfish festival every year. It is in Spring. In April.


  2. Most of the chinese buffet places have crawfish and crabs too. Yes it's all you can eat, inexpensive but the quality is not always great either. You kinda have to do some trials and error to find out which is better.

    Also, it seems like all companies in Houston have at least a crawfish boil during the season for a substantial price or free. Start networking with friends and maybe they can take you to one of their crawfish parties :)

  4. Sorry, but I think crawfish season is over for this year,  It usually runs late winter through early summer.  I find the following link a good source for keeping tabs on the crawfish boils in Houston during the season:
