Near Crystal City in Arlington there's a great selection of restaurants on 23rd street, at the end of the street is a small Italian establishment where they serve GREAT food. Though the name of the restaurant escapes me momentarily, You'll find it easily because it's at the very end of the street across from a Thai place. Hope you can find it!

Al Tiramisu 2014 P St NW in DC make sure to ask for Luigi, for sure one of the best in the east coast.
