It depends on what programs you have. Microsoft Photo editor will let you do some things. Picasa has many applications you can use. Adobe photoshop. Personally what I do, as I dont have sophisticated programs. I either copy and paste onto a word document and then format the pic there by right clicking so i can add text and stuff. Or I use Powerpoint slide, once you have your pic as you want it, you can then use the print screen button, open paint, paste it then cut out the pic and repaste onto a new paint page, then save as jpeg or whatever you want. Bit long winded but I'm not a wiz at these photo software programs and I find this nice and easy.
