  2. Check the fabric store. If they don't have anything, you can always go this route: Get a yard of red fabric, cut into a circle. Leaving holes for legs and arms and neck, sew (or glue) the circle closed. Leave a slightly larger neckhole than is actually needed, and put velcro on one side so you can get the child in and out of the costume easily. Paint or use white felt for the "M" on the front. The child could wear white tights and a white long sleeve shirt and red shoes. When you put the costume on, stuff it with crumpled tissue paper. Then velcro the neckhole closed so the costume doesn't fall off.

  3. don't you want to create it by yourself, without instructions?

I don't know what you can do, because I don't know where you live!

  4. Go to your local fabric store and tell them you're looking for the pattern for a red M&M costume for a toddler.  They'll help you find it easily.  I know I've seen the patterns at Wal-mart fabric areas as well.

  5. Try google.

  6. I have found that almost every year Toys-R-Us has an M & M costume. I would look there and then if not try the internet. Good luck.
