You can probably sleep out on the sidewalks or on a park bench for a night, but why don't you try a hostel?  They're usually pretty cheap & pretty awesome!

Why you are going to Paris which is an expensive city anyway, but can't afford to pay even for a hostel I don't know........ you still have to get around (public transport) and eat.....
