You won't be able to access the complete CPT manual online for free.  (Including all the codes, all the descriptions, etc.)

However, depending on specifically what portion of the info you want, you may be able to find it online.  For example, the Medicare and most state's Medicaid websites list fee schedules for various items...you can see some code information there.

But again...depends on what specifically you want to look up in the CPT book.  If you post the specifics, someone might be able to direct you to the portion of info you're looking for.

But you won't be able to find the whole entire official manual for free.
