Where can I find Bette Davis stamps? ?

I have been looking for these stamps everywhere. Grocery stores, banks, drug stores, shops, and I even went to my post office and they did NOT even have them! I EVEN looked on ebay and I couldn't believe they did not have them! It is from 2008, 41 or 42 cent stamps. Please, can you tell me where I can find these stamps? Anything would be greatly appreciated.

It must not be out yet.  I know it's a 42 cent stamp and the Frank Sinatra is available, but not the Bette Davis.  It should be available this year.
