Where can I find Blackberry Pearl (8130) "device software"?

I got my Blackberry about a month ago and I've been trying to get new themes. But whenever I use desktop manager and try to add a new application, it says "no additional applications designed for your device were found" And it also says that I don't have Blackberry Device Software. I've been trying really hard to find the Device Software everywhere, but I couldn't find it. Does anyone know where I can find the Blackberry Device Software? Any help would be really really really great!! :-)

You can typically find this on your wireless carrier's web site. If you can't, then check here first:

It lists most all wireless carriers and takes you to their BlackBerry download page.

If you can't find it there, then you can download the latest operating system release for the Pearl 8130 from link link:
