Where can I find Celebrity foundations or givers?

I run a fledgling business association on an Indian Reservation and we are looking for funding. We are already going the grant/fed/private foundation route and I wanted to submit some proposals to celebrities that might have foundations. Any direction given would be greatly appreciated.

I know Carlos Santana has a foundation called Milagros, check that out. You may want to contact those talk shows, they do that stuff a lot. Try Oprah, Montel Williams and others like it. good luck.
