Where can I find Doctor Who action figures off-line?

I specifically want just toys in general like the tardis keychains, the sonic screwdriver, etc. A 10th doctor action figure wouldn't hurt either.

I want an actual brick and morter building in the SF bay area to buy them. I know where to get them online. You can't beat actually holding the boxes in your hand to decide what to buy.
