I just wanted to know, where can I find Edmonton-themed souvenirs, like city flags in Edmonton? Additionally, where can I find Alberta souvenir license plates in Downtown Edmonton?

West Edmonton mall, and Bay stores everywhere.

Canada Place on Jasper Ave. and yes West Edmonton Mall. You can also pick up souvenirs at the duty free shop at the airport if your flying out.

Wal Mart always has that kind of stuff. Try the convience store/magazine newspaper places downtown.
