Where can I find Field Vole population data?

Question

I am writing a Scientific Report for the Countryside Council for Wales and would like to include a graph showing Field Vole population, particularly for North Wales, for 2000 - 2006 and 2007 if possible.

Can anyone please tell me where I can get this data as my searches on the web have proved fruitless?
