I just buy the episodes on iTunes.  But I haven't been able to find a site where I can watch them for free.

You can find it on Bittorrent.  You need a client like Azureus, and then go to mininova.org to download the torrent file.  The GG ep you are looking for is there.  Of course, the DVD set for the first season was just released, so you can always buy or rent that.  Good luck!
