Where can I find HQ (high quality) photos?

How do you get HQ's, is it from the orginal photo, or can you actually make them from a small photo? (probably not)

And where can I find HQs? Particularly of Brandon Flowers (The Killers)?

idk what exactly you mean by High Quality, usually it's the size and resolution of the picture that makes it clearer, you'll have to search around the internet but I'll try to find some, just to say most sites don't upload high-resolution pictures because it means bigger files and to upload those on the web is difficult not even the killers website had very clear pictures unless they're wallpapers made of him and the band...
