Where can I find Harry Potter cursors or animated icons?

I need an animated cursor or icon to replace my "busy" cursor (you know, that hourglass icon you see when your computer is "busy"?)

Nothing from cursormania please! They don't let you use the cursors for anything other than the usual pointer.

    I dont know about cursors but icons you go to google tyrpe in anmated harry potter icons then click the first one
