Any Asian supermarket will likely carry Sriracha.  In Manhattan Chinatown, you can check out:

Kam Man Foods at 200 Canal St

Hong Kong Supermarket at 109 E Broadway

Pearl River Mart at 477 Broadway

In the East Village, there's M2M at 55 3rd Avenue.

Any Asian market in NYC will carry sriracha sauce.  Heavily populated Asian areas such as Chinatown, Koreatown, Fluhing, Queens, Douglaston, Queens, and 5th Avenue in Brooklyn all have multiple Asian markets.  Let me know what general area you are located and I will get you some info.
