i make it for my old mum ,

first obviously find some nettles, then take only the top four leaves, the ones below this point start to become bitter.

i use about 12 leaves for her, steep in a cup of water that has just boiled for around 2 minutes then remove the leaves then add sugar to taste...

PS wash them in cold water first...try it... arf uk...
